Q. What are the shipping costs?

A.
Estimated shipping charges for ordered products are as follows

Hokkaido, Okinawa and other island areas: 1,300 yen
Honshu and Kyushu (excluding island areas): 1000 yen
Shikoku: 700 yen

■However, please note that an additional fee may be added if the shipment is large enough to be packaged on a pallet or if the shipment is in large quantities and consists of multiple pieces.
If the purchase amount is less than 3,000 yen, a handling fee of 300 yen will be charged.
We will also cover the shipping costs if the purchase amount exceeds 10,000 yen.

Q. How do I make a payment?

There are three payment options

■Yamato collect delivery (cash on delivery/credit card payment upon arrival)
■Sagawa Express e-Collect (cash on delivery) (credit card payment upon arrival)

Q.What if I use bank transfer?

We are sorry, but the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.

Q.What is the due date of the transfer?

A.
Once your order is confirmed, we will inform you of the product amount.
Then please transfer the money by the day before the scheduled shipment.
(Depending on the time of your transfer the day before, we may not be able to confirm your payment on the day of shipment.)
We will ship after confirming your payment.

Q.Do you issue receipts?

A.
In the case of cash on delivery or credit card payment upon arrival, the receipt provided by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express will be deemed to have been issued by our company.
(These are accepted as fair receipts without any problem.)
If you are paying by bank transfer, please ask us to send you a receipt by mail if necessary.
